How do I get back to eating barely anything again?

Well, I’ve been like..depriving myself from Fatty foods or any Foods at all basically, for the past week I’ve been like..well eating like a little bit of everything that looks good in sight. Is this normal? I’ve been used to a 450 calorie diet for so long, and now I’m worried that I’m getting Fat. I’m going to weigh myself today. How do I get back to eating barely anything again?

What your depriving your body from is nutrition. The best way to stay fit and trim is to exercise and eat a balanced diet. And another tip, 450 calories is not enough! Your body is craving the food you need that is why you are eating everything in sight. Good luck!

From your question history, it sounds like you have some problems with food, even eating healthy sounds like an issue for you. Be very careful, and get some counseling. If you develop the mental disease anorexia, well, 20% of the time it’s fatal.

I hope you get some help. It’s NOT normal to only eat 450 calories a day.

Apaz if yuu put a elastic band (dunno the spelling) on yuur wrist and every time yuu think of something yuu dont want to ( in yuur case fatty food ) and after a while ( not long ) yuu wont think of it in the same way ( as if its a really bad thing )
