How Do You Do The Splits I Have tried Long For Ages. Do You Have To Of Been A Gymnastic Since You Was Little Or Is it A Natural Thing I Dont Know an You Help ?

You have to strech every day like twice a day for a long time depending on how flexible you already are and over time test your self how far you can go and strch farther and farther but you cant stop streching for long periods of time like mnths or weeks because ull never get it. I’ve been basically doing this theory for like 3 months or less and I can do a split so it works (: good luck
