any tips on how to get straddle splits fast?

i have my right leg and left leg splits perfect but for some reason no matter how much i stretch i cant seem to get the box/ straddle splits and when i do stretch and i do get abit further down the next time i try its really really sore and am back to square one, but i dont overstretch…any tips would be very greatful <3

Well keep stretching everyday you can always get lessons or watch a YouTube video about it. Try to stand with your legs apart and slide down. But always be careful what you do because ripping a muscle would not be fun,trust me on that. Even though I have never ripped a muscle I know it will probably hurt. Good luck!
