How do I do a split witout gettin hurt ?
it's not just going to happen where you can suddenly go into a split like it's nothing. You have to work on it day to day by pushing yourself a little more everyday but not to the point where your in agonies of pain. Make sure you stretch your legs a lot before you try this.
stretch stretch stretch comin from a competitive cheerleader me well yaa gotaa strech day and night and dont rotate the wrong way when your in them or youll pull a muscle I've done it lol :) good luck
Stretch a lot and keep practicing it until you get it . Get people to help ypu down a little bit when you try it. Heard that it helps.
