How to be more outgoing with coworkers?

I work with people at a cafe around my age (15-17) and I was wondering how to be less shy. One girl I work with told my best friend who I work with that she doesnt like me because im shy and ask wierd questions. how can I be more outgoing and talkative and silly like I normally am, around my co-workers? I want them to like me. How do I become more outgoing?! I want to act how I normally do, and everyone is starting to like my bestfriend more because shes silly/outgoing. PLEASE help! any tips will be helpful.

see with me I work at a recording studio in the mall and the girls all in the place next to my studio hear me singing all the time at first some of the girls were really cool you could tell they where shy until they met me , you could see they wanted to meet me, and the other girls who at first looked at me like I could maybe be a B**ch,

but I’m a very nice person I will be anyones friends no matter what, they watch me being nice to everyone who came around since we all work the same days same hours, they always see me every day, then out of the blue all I did was smile at one of the girls after I was done singing a song and all I said was hi , what did you think of that one I just did?

sfter that they some how found me on myspace and added me, and say morning / and good night everyday

just be yourself but every once in a while say something like if they have a perfum on that you like . be like Ooo that smells good what is that?

or a nice shirt and say something nice about it, and see if that helps

I dont want to say not to be yourself-but for a little while, kind of copy your co-workers humor, and follow in on conversations.

as they accept u, slip more and more into your own style-and as that happens, you become more comfortable, letting your natural bubbliness take over! if they still dont like you after that, then just act like you dont care-from what you said, its their loss = p
