Have I lost too much weight?

I’ve been on a diet for a week now and I’ve already lost 20 ponds. Is that to much?

The rule of thumb is a few lbs. a week. But I can see how you could lose 20 lbs. in a healthy way, depending on how overweight you are. You should really be asking your doctor.

It really depends on how you’re losing that much. And how much you weighed in the first place. It may be way too much, or it may be just right. In other words, more details are necessary!
