How/if I work out everyday 3 times how much weight I lose?

If I workout 3 times a day 30 min each time for like a mounth how much weight do you think I would lose?

a lot, but tell me do you eat a lot in that time, if you eat a lot you wont lose much, but if you excersize so much you might build muscle instead.lol

I don’t eat a lot I have the regular meals lunch dinner not breakfest because ibdont have time
