hi am 13 and ihave that muffin top I need to shift it off. at the moment am doing the special k diet and the full jordan workout every other day will it work for me and does anyone have any other ideas? btw how do you make natural yogurt ?

Try doing sit ups and other work outs about 3 or 4 times a week. You will get results in time. Sorry I don't know how to make natural yogurt.
