I started to eat vegetables, and like them! I eat a big bowl of vegetables about 3 times a day, right before a meal. That`ll help control your intake of carbs.

when you say 'diet' what would a typical day/week be like? because if you totally cut out sugar / crisps, your body will crave them. at one point in my life id eat about 4 bags of crisps a day and 3 chocolate bars :O but I cut down to 1 a day, then hardly any, I find it works best that way, because you're less likely to give in.
