I have been depressed all week I got some things from the past (meaning from sept 09 till now) and and hurts to think about it .I wanna know some way to stop feeling soo horible
Try walking, wrighting, music, anathing that makes you get it out. Don't be afraid to cry sience that is the way that is safe and ok to get feelings out. Meaby try talking to someone, an adult, teacher or someone that you trust very much so your not hidding it inside, talkin is a good way to get it out. Find your favorite things to do, hang with friends and don't always be alone, being alone makes the depression even worser...
