How can I make exercise a large part of my day?

How can I make excersise a large part or my day. Usually I have tons of extra time I know I could. Theres just no gyms around my house && the streets are covered with ice & snow… my house is to small to do anything.. I would be scared to break the floor if I jumped rope.. And I dont have a gym class every day :(

What I do is when I’m sitting watching T.V, I sit on the floor and do some simple exercises. Things like; crunches, sit ups, push ups. You don’t need a gym, or a big space to do it.

You only should only really exercise for about an hour a day so it’s not going to take up your entire day. But like stephanie said, just do simple workouts of upper body, lower body, midsection, and cardio.
