I don't want to exercise so much that I explode.
The exercising I normally do is take a walk for about 15 minutes, and dancing for 2 hours.
But how can I burn a ton more? HELP!
Well I say exercising is about 1/3 of the battle of losing weight the other parts are routine and diet. Hard swimming will burn up to 800calories per hour. But like you said you should not over exercise. I would just concentrate on your diet because you sound like you are active in your lifestyle.
Rollerblading is an AWESOME exercise. The very minumum you can burn is 200 calories an hour. But you'd have to be moving very slowly and taking huge breaks in between that hour. Maximum is about 1,000 an HOUR. Average about 700.
There are foods that cause you to burn more calories metabolizing them than they actually contain. Such as celery and grapefruit. Just eating these will cause you to loose weight.
Eat less. when you eat make sure its something that feals you up. so you dont eat junk. Drink water insted of sport drinks. Hope this helps
eat small, nutritious meals throughout the day. Seems like you are on the right track with all the cardio. Ask your dancing instructor.
