what exercises target these parts of my body?

Alright what exercises will work best to tone my: Legs/theighs Stomach And arms. Give me all details about them like how long I should them, how many times, how long it will take to see results(if you know), etc. And please say exercises that work well, ecspecially for the lower tummy part. If you search engine “calories burned caculator” you will find a calculator that will give you an acurate reading of how long you need to do an exercise to see a certain amount of calories lost. How much you weigh will affect how fast you burn calories. Swimming and weight training would be best. If you cannot swim you should walk/run with the weight training.
