How can I lose weight in a one month time period??

I weigh about 123-130lbs. and I HATE it! I feel uncomfortable when I wear bikinis because I have belly fat. I'm not an active thirteen year old. I hate running and doing sports because I'm more of an artistic person. My parents keep telling me that I should eat less and drink a lot of water in order for me to lose weight; I eat at least twice a day and they aren't that big of a meal and I drink at least three cups a water every day. And with summer time coming up, I would most definitely like to lose at least 20 pounds in a one month time period. So if there are any ways to make that possible, I would greatly appreciate it and PLEASE don't say that I should go on a diet because according to lots of people... DIETS DON'T WORK! You'll gain the weight back once you stop the diet and I surely don't want that.
