You have to eat 1200 calories a day which is, 4 ounces of whole grains 4 ounces of meat and proteins 2 cups of dairy products 1 1/2 cups of vegetables 1 cup of fruit when you have the time to exercise, run ok. run for an hour but you have to exercise at least 30mins a day, thats the recommended for everyone I suggest you go to a gym. gyms are open 24 hours a day so you dont have no excuse on how late you are able to exercise
