Does anyone know any workouts that I can do to get muscle in my legs and my a$$ a.s.a.p!!! (ones that really work and that work fast)
Hey I got a video its called "Belly butt and thighs ten minute solution" it only ten minute segaments on the video so you can pick from the ones you want! It is awesome and it works! It also includes a resistance band! My butt legs and stomach are so tight from just two days of doing it! I bought the video at Walmart sure you can find it anywhere! Good luck!
There's like tons of work out videos on demand if you have comcast. Seventeen magazine always has simple work outs you can do. Running will help for sure. Squats against a wall will too.
