What kind of exercises can you do to make your legs leaner without getting big muscles. I especially want to get rid of the fat in my inner thighs
I dont know if this will give you muscle bulk, but lay on your side, keep one leg straight on the ground and lift the other one. Do it ten time and the swich with about eight repetitions. It will definately tone your legs. Worked for me at least! hope this helps
I heard swimming and squash are good for this
