Hey, im 14 year old girl and i wiegh 65kgs and i want to loose about 5 - 10kgs, but i need some help. What type of foods should i eat and how much exercise a day should i be doing? please, i need this help, and its nearly summer and i need to loose a few kgs by then..help me please.
