m 27 and have 3 kids my biggest problem is my hips which are huge and stomach which seems to be getting bigger. I dont know how too loose it
Since you have had children your stomache muscles have weakend. Believe me I know. You are going to have to try doing stomache exercises. Start slow. Just make sure you begin to make it a reg. routine. If you don't begin doing it now you will be like me 42 and not know what to do about the tummy. I have begun doing it myself this week. I was also told, I know this sounds stupid but if you look at Celebrities you see it. Walking in high heels a lot stregnthens the stomache...Good luck.
It's pretty obvious.. if you don't exercise, start. If you eat too much, stop.
