Its not like I have no hips at all but I would like any advice on how I could my hips to grow. I'm inspired by kimberly walsh and would like to have hips like hers. Is there anything that anyone knows that I could do to help my hips to grow ?
no, at your age you are preety much done going through [puberty so your hip BONES are done growing they wont grow any wider the only thing that will make them LOOK bigger is by gaining weight and since weight doesnt just go on one part of your body, you will gain weight everywere else as well
Why compare yourself to other people like that. Further, why even worry. There isn't a thing you can do to change your hips, unless you fracture them severely, but you want to be able to stand up don't you? It's really kinda senseless to concern yourself with the shape of your skeleton.
your hip bones are done growing they wont grow any wider the only thing that will make them LOOK bigger is by gaining weight or wear clothes with the colour white on your hips like white shorts
well your hips maybe in a growth spurt stage and your body is changing well for hip growth I would say just let your body grow and then I guess ull be fine but if it gets worse see a doctor
To grow during a growth spurt you just gotta get plenty to eat, preferably in a balanced variety.
