Okay, so i love everything from my waist up. but, i have like NO hips. or butt, and my thighs are skinny too. :( is they any exersice i can do to help? or foods i can eat? or sports i can join that'll help? i heard soccer can give you rlly nice legs. can anyone give me good advice.. like seriously
get some small weights (3-5 lbs) put them on your ankles then get on your hands & nees wiith your thieghs together slowly lift your left leg up and out to the left hold for about 5sec then bring your leg down and do your right up. increase daily.
You can't get bigger hips unless you gain weight. Play a sport and you'll gain muscle in those other areas.
I think that's just one of those features you either have it or you don't.
