Okay so I'm not fat or anything, but I really want to get curvier and and bigger hips. I'm doing squats and stuff but they aren't really working for me.. do you have any suggestions?
I wouldn't suggest eating junkie food.. she wants to get curves, not gain weight, right?
If you're younger, say 11-14, just wait and be patient. You'll grow at your own speed.
exercise doing squats and legs lifts when you lay down on your side. do 10 lifts on each leg. also eating junkie foods sometimes works.
Just wait and grow and keep exercising your pelvic area with knee-bends
