Stomach problem

Okay, so I weigh about 123 5’4-5’5. and I have pretty big hips. but now it seems there getting bigger and turning into fat.

how can I fix this!? :( what should I avoid, and or start doing. ?

Avoid all fast-foods. I mean its okay sometimes in moderation but if you can cut a lot of it out. Stock up on fruits and vegtables, dairy products like yogurt ext. Its also proven that if you drink 3 glasses of lowfat (skim) milk a day it helps flush out fat. Excersise is a big factor. I myself am in almost perfect shape but that might because I am on a sports team threw-out the year. (volleyball season leads to basketball season which leads to soccer season.) I love sports so continuously having them day to day doesnt seem to be a workout for me. I’m just doing something I love so it helps to know that I get and stay in shape becasue of it. SO thats something you might want to consider. If your not the athletic type try dance. There are many classes that are for begginers and they can be a lot of fun.
