What DVD burner copies protected DVDs and what's Vista?

Can someone tell me which DVD burner/copier copies protected DVDs? Is it possible to find a cheap one? Also what is Windows Vista?

Hi tinabrewer,

If you’re looking to back up your DVDs, the program DVD Shrink will handle those with copy protection (http://www.dvdshrink.org/what.html).

As for Windows Vista, it is the new operating system for PCs put out by Microsoft just this year. It would replace Windows XP on a computer, and it changes the menus, their locations, and the overall look of your computer. I’m attaching a screenshot of what it looks like.
