Answer #1

eat carbs (whole grains, oatmeal) in the morning only

eat lean proteins (salmon, turkey, pork, chicken, eggs) eat veggies

drink lots of water

eat 5 to 6 times a day …(eat every 2 to 3 hours)

do not eliminate fats…eat healthy fats…look for a list of healthy fats online..try google

thats the simplest way to put it lol

1: exercise daily. 3-5x a week cardio, 3-6x a week strengthening Muscle burns fat and cardio teaches your body how to burn fat quicker and more efficient. Do cardio in the morning with barely anything in your stomach. Do muscular endurance anytime with something in your stomach and a dose of protein before or after the workout. An hour for cardio and an hour for strengthening.

2: dieting: CHANGE YOUR DIET!!! Do NOT go on a diet because you will just gain all of the weight back that you lost before. Changing a diet does not happen in a day or a week. It takes lots of time and patience for your body to get use to the healthy changes. Low carb diets work well. Eat lots of veggies. If you eat meat then do not eat anything fried or covered in bread/bread crumbs. Supplements like hydroxycut help with cravings and protein shakes and vitamins help with rebuilding/building of your body structure. Nitrious Oxide helps with motivation.

3: Routine and Regularity: Self explanitory…once you start something, stay with it or you will not get much from it. It only takes 5 days for your body to start losing muscle mass once you quit. You can lose up to 10lbs a week and be healthy and you can gain up to 10lbs a month(of muscle) and be healthy. I’ve never came close to those numbers but I’ve seen it done with a LOT of hard work and dedication.

ummm…healthy foods… honestly I can’t memorize the daily intake of grains, dairy, veggies & fruit, and meat you’re to take - I’d look at a food guide and place it on your fridge!! that’s wut I do =) as for exercise theinjun has said it all… it’s all about cardio…but going to the gym to do some weight training once in a while is good for you too!!

Answer #5

my friend started running every morning for about 10 minutes to start with then slowly(about 2 minutes per week) started raising it up to 25 minutes a day, he lost weight quickly, he also started eating some weird foods that I cant even name, the only one I can think of is veggie patties. running on a treadmill helps, theres a whole laundry list of foods that I dont know about, wikipedia might know them(:P).

Answer #6

I did a cleanse to kick start my diet. I used the Cleanse RX. It totally cleaned me out and helped me to start several weeks of dieting. Check out there website http://www.cleanserx.com/. I also use a tea called Wu-Yi. You can check out there website too http://www.wu-yi.com/.
