I want to loose weight fast without taking any pills. I know to eat healthy things and extersice. And I don't want to go on any diets. Help me please.
take a glass of warm water and add a spoon honey and a lemon, prepare it fresh and drink it daily after you wakeup early in morning, do not eat or drink for 1 hour after you take it, check your weight now and later after a week or two, you wil definitely loose weight, but first let me know if you have a low blood pressuse or anything like diabetes...
