What is a fast effective way to loose weight that is safe... since I had my son I just seem to be gaining sooo much weight I weigh more now than I did 9 months pregnant and my son is 19 months old... Please help...
It depends on your eating habits and your body chemistry. Do you like yo eat ? do you eat and not feel full. If so you might benefit from the 3 hour diet, in which you eat something small every 3 hours and for most people the weight just falls off try to get some exercise like most moms do, you can walk on a treadmill while your son is taking his nap. hope that helps. honestly it won't be superfast but it is effective. any weight worth losing doesn't come off fast.
um id sudjest eating till your full.. as long as its not too too much then just totally avoiding the thought of food like always go out and have fun or do somthing active atleast play with your baby even =] haha hope I helped =]
