Try and avoid it, or maybe get one of those ball-boxes the cricketers wear - to protect things...it might be uncomfortable wearing it all the time though.

if its a guy hitting you hit them, balls and some other part of your choice. if its a girl dodge it and show them your pointy pants then they'll make a noise when they see it and avoid you
Build your reflexes up and quickly put your hand in front of your balls and move your left leg up. But you have to do this in fast motion.
