Flabby gut

I am going on holiday to spain in 3 weeks it is very hot there I want to be able to take my shirt off but I have a 46 inch belly I really want to get slim and fit for it please help

Aerobics, swimmign and running are great fat burners, you could also cut out fatty/sugary foods from your diet, avoid sugar and full fat milk in hot drinks and switch to diet fizzy drinks :)

The gym with friends can be fun. Dont eat too much at night either, its harder for your body to burn calories at night. But dont starve yaself at night, 3 square meals and 2 snacks :]]

3 weeks is not enough time for exercise, dietary suplements, and diet to make the difference you are looking for, in all honesty. You might shed a few pounds, but losing even 20 lbs in 3 weeks would be extremely unhealthy.

you can either be comfortable with yourself on holiday around a bunch of people you dont know and will probably never see again, or go for a drastic change and get liposuction or a similar operation.

cut down on the calories throughout the day, and find a fun way to exersize
