Crunches strengthen your abdomin, so do leg lifts, it'll make em poke out more. I recommend jogging at least 15 minutes a day. And eat lots of fibers, proteins, take vitamins. So we're looking at cereal, chicken (UNfried) or any other meat, any vitamin, and yes, eat maybe an apple or some grapes. Any fruit would do, vitamins are for the unwanted vegetables. Cut almost every fat food out. You should see noticable results in a couple weeks.
