How can I lose my flabby arms and love handles without the expensive gym products?

When you’re sitting down, try to keep them in motion. Some examples; lifting things repeteadly, rotation the different joints, reaching in different directions.

You won’t see results very fast unless you change more of your lifestyle. Including your diet, the amount of exersize you get and other things like your sleep patterns.

For the love handles, I suggest stair stepping, running up hills, and a high fibre diet.
