Feel your forehead and see if you are very warm or hot. Or have someone else to feel your forehead for you. That’d probably be better since your hand and forehead are the same temperature if you have a fever.

1)Keep your finger under your tongue-If it feels more than warm,then its a fever:) 2)Check your pulse-Near 90-100 means fever.
And also if you are feeling cold or any kind of shivering.
Feeling alternately hot then chilly…joints ache (even finger and toe joints)

Heh…you cant feel your own tempiture. get someone close to you to check and see if your face is hot, but dont use the palms of your hands. Use the top side of them. Your palms hold heat.
Or you can look in the mirror to see if the top part of your cheeks are red. Not everyones does it though.
