What's that feeling called where you can sense someone's presence?
I can’t stand when people stand behind me. Like when people try to sneak up on me, I know they’re behind me, so I turn around before they can even scare me. because I get this feeling on the back of neck and a chill down my spine.

I think your’e talking about Empathy. It has many different interpretations and meanings.
