your breasts dont have muscles, but maybe you mean the muscles underneath them? That is the pectoralis major muscle. Things like press ups work. I cant remember is you’re supposed to do them with your arms closer together or further apart though - one is better for those muscles and one is better for you arms.

i’ve been lifting weights since i was 11 years old and i am now 17 ive always had large boobs, my boobs are now in cup size dd, alot of women who have big boobs don’t knw how to carry them properly.(the right bra) ever since i have begun to lift weights, my boobs,although haven’t gone down a size lol but they have stayed toned and set, and before u knw it you’ll start noticing the nice blue vein that runs across em(that many men find kinda attractive)

For the pectoralis you need to do press ups where either your thumbs cross or your thumbs and forefingers make a diamond shape. I find doing these on my toes difficult though so to make them easier go on your knees and go all the way down, trying to keep your body straight.
daughter of evil, those are for your Triceps and dors. Military pushups are for your chest. Say you do them by 50 reps a week, the next week youll have to increase it. If you dont, yoo’ll hit your plateau and it wont do you any good.
