toning without equipment is easy, first thing you want to do when toning is work on your core strength... like hangtimes. Which is keeping your elbows at 90's and holding as long as you can, three different times, each time hang till failure.
push-ups- to failure for 3 sets
sit-ups- to start, about 30
side crunches, each side= 20
back against the wall, sitting upside down and vertical push-ups
keep one hand on the floor like your doing a push-up and hold as long as you can
and while toning, make sure your watching carefully what your intaking- food wise. not a lot of carbs, sodium, etc.
