Yes it does. Think about it. If you are running, and you have stomach fat, it's jiggling up and down slightly, and that makes it more toned. Are you stretching before you go running by the way? If not, you really should, or you may not be able to run without getting a side stitch. (It's a pain in your side when exercising) I know I usually need to. Good luck. Oh yeah, like amblessed said, burning calories starts burning fat. The faster you run the more calories you burn, thus, fat loss. You also burn a lot of fat by running an inclined areas...like hills/trails.
no it does help your stomach my sister did it for a week to get rid of a lil bulge on her stomach and that bulge is actually gone I couldnt believe it until she showed me but she also never drinks anything but water
runnin will help tone most of your body. another good all over work out... jump rope. works damn near everything.
