I only know one person who has converted (or reverted, I think they call it) to Islam and I dont know, it seems to be working for him! It wouldnt work for me but he and his wife (who was raised muslim) are very happy.
I think it really depends to the person,,if you feel good about it or something
I live in Sydney and I know over 20 people who have converted/ reverted here in Sydney. Plus I know people overseas, about 15 who have converted. And they all know people too. It is wonderful :)
