I am a 15 year old female.. weigh 110 and 5 foot 3 high. I eat about 1500 calories each day, and I read/was told that 1000 is maximum what a girl my age should eat. Am I eating too much? Please suggest how to eat less if I am eating too many, I'm just not too sure anymore.
no, 1000 calories is on the brink of starving yourself whoever told you that is an idiot and hasnt learned anything about the human body and how many calories a day it needs to survive 1500 calories is normal, if anything you can also add another 500 calories to it
Were the people telling you this starving themselves? Because 1000 calories is not enough to survive on... You need a minimum of 1500 if you're trying to lose weight...
well actuallly, mos food products ae based on a 2,000 calorie diet. so you are actually under that, and you definetly arent overweight, you are fine. dont worry:]
Dude! Don't worry. I'm 17 and because I'm active...I need a lot of calories... and...1000? That's like...hardly any. You're fine. & you are not eating too much...
yeah...that's sooo like a lot of calories for one day...what the heck...
