It is. In fact sleeping for 24 or more hours straight can actually have the opposite affect that you were hoping for. Excessive oversleeping can cause fatigue, which obviously has a negative impact on things such as your social life, ability to attain information and your response time, which can be dangerous in some situations. If you are unintentionally sleeping as much as you are, I suggest you see a doctor to see if their is or isn't an underlying cause.
It is dangerous. Even though you are sleeping,y does not stop working. It slows down yes, but not stop. Therefore it needs "fuel" mostly water. You will feel so tired and so weak after 24 hours sleep since your body does not get enough water to keep the body working. :-) Wake up!!! LOL
Basically yeah, because if u tend to sleep and sleep constantly then your body is going to want sleep...so u have to watch out for that...plus when u are sleeping your body cant help but want the nutrition and substance(s) that it needs ....so yeah its quite subtle. Pretty much
Sleeping more than a day isnt dangerous but if you have been sleeping more then 9 hours everyday isn't health because your body doesn't need the extra rest which means the rest is pointless and your body starves while you sleep way more then needed
No way. More dangerous to stay up for 24 hours or more without any sleep. I have tried both and the sleeping part was the easier of the two.
