Can you get a rid of a lisp ?

I have abit of a lisp..according to my family you can barely notice it, but I can -.- Is there any way I can get rid of it ?! lol I’ve trieddd so harddd to get rid of it I sit in front of the mirror staring at my tongue while I pronounce words with s’s and I can’t seem to break this little habit! You can see a speech therapist.. I kind of have a teeny lisp, especially since I’ve had my tongue pierced. I did a little research, and it says sometimes lisps can be caused by the tongue being pushed onto the roof of the mouth when talking..and that’s what I do haha so I try not to do that.
