Is it ok to have breakfast but no lunch?

if I just had a big breakfast (ham eggs and cheese on a bagle) would it b ok to skip lunch and eat dinner around 5 or 6 o’clock??

no because your suppose to eat every six hours so depending on what time you ate breakfast if you ate real early no if you ate real late wellthen I guess you can but try to eat about 6 hors apart so if dinner is at 5 eat at eat a large breakfast kind of late so your body has protein

to me if your not a big eater and you think you can last that long without eating yeah you could bt I dont know about dinner you might get hungry what time you eat breakfast

have a big breakfast, possibly a full english. (fried or scrambled egg, hash brown, toast, sausage, bacon, fried tomato) then have a slightly smaller lunch and then just have a sandwich for dinner.

having a big meal for dinner before bed is quite bad as the calories just sit in your stomcach, if instead you have a bigger breakfast and lunch the calories will be burnt off throughout the day.

No. It would not be okay. Skipping meals will actually make you put on weight as your body stores the fats easier. Never miss meals. A small lunch will be fine. A salad with a bread roll, a tune sandwich, soup anything healthy but do not skip lunch.
