Ok So I find eating 5-6 small meals very hard for me. I end up eating more then I do when I eat 3 regular meals. Ok so here: 1)3 regular meals Breakfast(No more then 500 calories) Lunch(No more then 500 calories Dinner(No more then 500 calories) 2)3 propel sized bottles filled with pure water 3)30 minutes of cardio workout's burning anywhere from 300-400 calories 4)Lifting 10Lbs weights, 25 lifts on each arm 5)50-100 crunches

Will this help me loose weight and keep my metabolism up. I figure if I can't get my metabolism up by eating 6 small meals a day then I can get it up by doing weights and other things :) Tell me your thoughts? Thanks :)
