Bad stomach pains

What could it be? Since yesterday, I have had some funky pains in the pit of my stomach. It’s not my period, and there’s no chance of me being pregnant; so what is it? It hurts but then it just feels funny. Help me someone? Please

go to the doctors, it could be bowels, appendix or anything!

it could be something you ate, if its trapped gas then, put your saliva and lil bit of salt on your belly button, thas what my mom said that works.

It could be a sign of appendicitis ! You should get your stomach checked out by a doctor. If it feels like sharp, pressure, nauseating pains in your stomach and it is not your period or pregnancy, then it could be appendicitis. This disease affects your appendix and can be very dangerous if not treated right away. In fact, people die from this if it is not taken care of. If you catch it while it is early, then the doctor will be able to surgically remove your apendix and everything will be fine.
