Bad pain in the stomach?

Yesterday I started having this really weird pain in my stomach when I woke up. It was in the lower stomach, and whenever I sat up, layed back down, or turned my back, it would hurt. It feels like..I’m not sure how to explain it, but like, let’s say after a softball game, and you had pitched the whole time. You get that cramp type thing in your arm. Well, that’s what I’m feeling in my stomach. Does anyone know what this is and what I can do for it?

it may be cramps you might get your period a little early this month.
