is it bad to smoke other peoples ciggerettes off of the ground?

Yes, it’s bad to smoke cigarettes in general, especially since you are only 13. It’s possible to get sick, or get a disease like that. If that person that was smoking the cigarette had a cold, virus, STD, or disease…you could get it. You never know, so it’s best not to do it. Plus, it has been on the ground…there is no telling what that cigarette has on it, (dirt, pee, poo, a chemical, etc…)…that is just filthy.

I have been desperate enough to have done that….sadly I think it is gross, but I have even emptied butts into a rolling paper to roll a cigg.
