Are you supposed to breathe air through your mouth or nose? Ii know when you work out, you're supposed breathe through your nose.
Butt what about when your sleepin? Or like normally ?
You're supposed to breathe through your nose... The hairs in your nose trap dirt and stuff, so air is a lot cleaner (and I dont know if you have too much control when you're asleep...)
nose!! I learned it in this tai-chi lesson I took...its better for you and helps you relax...plus, if you breath out of your mouth too much, your lips will dry up
my mom always says breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth!
