Are these symptoms of a panic attack?

Once in a while, mostly at night, ill have these times where I get really sweaty and hot, and I just kinda freak out a lot.sometimes its hard for me to breathe,I start shaking, and ill feel like I’m going to die or somehitng, its like I just get all worried over nothing.sometimes I worry so much I feel sick.this usually lasts about 15 minutes, but I’ve found that if I tlak to a friend about somehitng to keep my mind off of panicing,it goes away pretty quickbefore all of this happens,I feel kinda sick and dizzy, and then it just hits me with complete worries and panic episodes.my boyfriend usually helps me through them, but im really sick of them.is this apanic/anxiety attack?
