Best way to lose 35 pounds?

What is the best way to lose 35 pounds by the middle of october…I walk abt 3 miles a day and swim but I only lost abt 5 pounds since beg. Of may… Any help/advice??

How do you eat? 3 times a day? The secret to speading your metabolism up is to eat small meals 5 to 6 times a day. If you take whatever meal you would’ve eaten in one sitting and split it between 2 seperate meals it’ll really really help. B12 will also speed up your system, but don’t take it in pill form. Either get a shot once a week from your doctor or get the spray. Also, try walking a half of mile, then sprinting 100 yards or so.

cut down on the amount of junk food you eat and keep it consistent. maybe you shud walk for bout 30 min all the others day!
