What is the best way to get my mom and grandpa to stop smoking around me?
What are some good things to say to get my mom to stop smoking around me? My mom and grandpa both smoke a lot, they like smoking inside at an open door, but the smoke always finds a way into my room, I can smell it and see it. I tell them and ask them to stop all the time but they still do it, my mom has even got to the point of ignoring me, she calls me a control freak. I’m worried that this will affect my health, and since I’m still a teenager, I can’t do anything about it, so please, can someone help me out with this? I really don’t know what to do.
What i would do- (proabaly not the best thing.. but.. idk.) So i would go online and find a ton of bad stuff about smoking, and i would write an essay, and give it to them. Tell your mom how if she wants to ruin her lungs and damage her health, then go right ahead. But since your still a teenager you would like a to live a little longer before getting lung cancer. Alright. So dont say that if your mom will kill you.. but i would. About being a conrtol freak, just simply say “Sorry, i just dont want lung cancer any time soon. If you do than great, i bet you would look fantastic bald.”
Mom, Grandpa, if at all possible, please try not to smoke around me…..I’m just concerned about my health…so please if possible, thanks……
