How to cope with anxiety?

ok so atm im going through a stage in my teens where I am anxius a majority of the time im normally happy and healthy I know theres like an issue I have so like im not a mental case but I just wondered if any1 either went through the same or have any tips on how I can deal with it and I also want to get rid of it or have a good coping method by xmas

I have three ways of dealing with anxiety that help me a lot:

  1. I remind myself that the feelings are just feelings and they will pass. I WILL feel differently tomorrow.

  2. I take deep, grounding breaths until I feel more in control.

  3. I press my hands as hard as I can into the wall until all the tension drains out of my body.

I find that coping with anxiety is largely about reprogramming your thoughts and getting control of your body back. I wish you the best of luck!
